With the summer just around the corner, promotional and commercial activity in the main outbound tourism markets of the Costa Brava and the Pirineu de Girona is intensifying. The product marketing clubs have been working behind the scenes on training courses and on a benchmark trip, while the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board is expanding the membership of its board of directors. As for tourism 2.0 activity, highlights included the Britmums Blogtrip initiative and the rolling out of the "Instagram your city" campaign in new towns.
