The Costa Brava was named “Best national destination of 2021” by the magazine Condé Nast Traveler España and it also hosted the first Sports Tourism Global Congress organised by the WTO and the Catalan Tourist Board. In November, the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board continued with the promotional actions planned in Madrid and returned to the United States after a two-year absence. In addition, the Board took part in tourism fairs and international workshops.
