The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board’s activities at the height of the tourist season focused on promoting the region’s music festivals via the Costa Brava Girona Music Festivals digital platform, attracting quality tourism to the destination, together with cultural events such as the “Dalí, breaking news” exhibition. The Board also took part in the Jazzaldia festival in San Sebastián and the Museumsuferfest festival in Frankfurt. New materials were published to help visitors discover the destination while campaigns on social networks kept users up to date with events and attractions in the region. The Board also continued to support gastronomic, cultural and sporting initiatives taking place in Girona over the summer with the potential to attract tourists.
