Jazzaldia Festival
Marketing the Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees in the Basque country at the Heineken Jazzaldia music festival in San Sebastián
From 23 to 27 July, the Basque capital, San Sebastián, was the location for the 49th Heineken Jazzaldia festival.
The Catalan Tourist Board, the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board and the Girona Vies Verdes Consortium attended the event, taking the opportunity to hand out materials and information on Girona province’s tourist attractions to visitors to their stand in the festival’s marketing area.
The Catalan delegation to the festival also organised a presentation on 22 July at the Victoria Eugenia Theatre on Catalonia and the Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees destinations, followed by a tasting session of the province’s gourmet products, aimed at the city’s press and professionals in the tourism and cultural sector.
