The statistics for the high-season tourist activity in the province of Girona in the second summer marked by the pandemic have been compiled.
Meanwhile, the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board continued its promotional activity by taking part in various workshops and organising fourteen trips for national and international opinion leaders. The Board has also continued to provide its support for sports and cultural projects, and for organisations promoting projects and awards in the destination.
The province of Girona received 3.18 million tourists, generating almost 11 million overnight stays during the 2021 summer season.
