Girona Pyrenees tourism for the 2016-2017 season is promoted in the Balearic Island market; the first edition of the Som Cultura campaign –a cultural experiences festival celebrated in Girona in November– is organised; the Board teams up with the Emilia-Romagna Tourist Board to promote the year’s most important strategic digital marketing activity, the Food&Wine Euroblogtrip; business and events tourism is given a boost through the innovative Costa Brava Business Days, while food and wine tourism is promoted in local markets in Barcelona and Madrid. The Board participates in international tourism trade fairs and carries out promotional activities for communication and travel agency influencers, among others.
