We stepped up our participation in international tourism trade fairs in March, where we had the opportunity to meet with tour operators and take stock of the status of outbound markets for holiday destinations in Girona. We presented the second annual Vívid Wine Festival, which will be celebrated in April, as well as the new Camí de Ronda tourist route. We poured our efforts into the visit by the evaluation committee for the Costa Brava-Barcelona 2022 Ryder Cup bid; we are promoting the third “Instagram Your City” campaign with new activities that allow us to have regular and direct contact with our visitors; we released a new promotional catalogue about the Costa Brava’s beaches and coves, and we continue to train Girona tourism professionals with specific courses from the Turisme 360 graus (360-Degree Tourism) programme.
