March has been a busy month for the Patronat de Turisme in terms of raising the international profile of the destination through its participation in international fairs, meetings and workshops with foreign tour operators, the publication of tourism features in the specialised press, the implementation of tools and the creation of attractive online contents. On a local level, the Patronat has continued to boost product marketing associations and has provided tourism bodies with financial assistance to improve quality, competitiveness and communication in gastronomic matters.
