The figures for tourist activity in the province of Girona during 2023 have been released, showing an improvement on the previous year, and the Tourist Board has kicked off the 2024 trade fair season by participating in five international fairs. At the same time, the Board took part in a workshop in Norway and has strengthened its commitment to tourism sustainability by joining the GTPI.
The province of Girona received 8.5 million tourists who generated 27.7 million overnight stays during the 2023 season. The destination improved on the figures from the previous season.
