Early launch of the advertising campaign "Live twice in the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees"; the Tourist Board takes part in three workshops to promote Premium, sport and family tourism products, respectively; increase in prescriber visits to the destination through fam and press trips; and new synergies with the Gala - Salvador Dalí Foundation to promote the destination's cultural tourism products on the German market. The cruise season has also started in April —with encouraging prospects— and a new cycle of activities has been created at the destination: "Cultural Wellness". The 18th G! Awards, focused on tourism in the province of Girona, were held in April, and the industry continues to play an active role in the training programme sponsored by the Tourist Board to improve its competitiveness.
