TBEX Blogtrips

71 TBEX bloggers participated in 11 themed programmes to discover the Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees

A total of 171 bloggers who attended TBEX Europe 2015 in Catalonia, which brought together over 600 attendees, participated in 22 blogtrips, programmes to discover destinations throughout Catalonia, from 4 to 10 May. Eleven of these themed blogtrips were celebrated in the province of Girona with the participation of 71 international bloggers. Discover the region’s Romanesque and medieval heritage through castles, monasteries and villages, taste Neolithic food, learn to cook fish stew, scuba dive in the Medes Islands, join activities in parks, take a balloon ride or explore Girona’s family-friendly tourist destinations were just some of the activities organised for the visiting bloggers. The fifth edition of the #InPyrenees blogtrip was also organised with the participation of six important influencers. These programmes were hosted by the Girona Provincial Council’s Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board, with the cooperation and direct involvement of the tourism departments of Girona’s district councils and municipalities along with private companies that provided accommodation, meals and activities for the blogtrip participants.
