Promotion on the French market
Clubs, federations and opinion leaders from Montpellier’s cycling sector show an interest in the range of options available for cyclists in Costa Brava & Girona Pyrenees.

On the occasion of the Year of Sports Tourism, on 10th March in Montpellier an event was held for some fifteen representatives from clubs and federations and opinion leaders from the metropolitan area of this city in the south of France to present the cycling options in Costa Brava & Girona Pyrenees, the Sea Otter Europe Costa Brava Girona Bike Show and the agenda of cycling events in the province of Girona. After the presentation, to encourage interaction, a networking lunch was held for the Girona representatives promoting the event and the French attendees. The presentation was organised by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board’s Nature & Active Tourism and Sports Tourism marketing clubs and included the participation of Ocisport, the company that organises the Sea Otter Europe festival, and the Castelló d’Empúries - Empuriabrava Tourist Office.
