MICE Afterwork event in France
Sixty French companies were given information about the province of Girona as a destination for congresses, corporate events and incentive trips.

On 9th October, Toulouse hosted the Corporate MICE Afterwork, organised by the Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau. The aim was to promote and market the business meeting and event tourism sector in the province of Girona among travel agents, event planners and management secretaries in French companies. The promotional and commercial event attracted 23 Girona-based entities and companies from the business tourism sector and 80 representatives from firms like Airbus, Carrefour Market, Crédit Agricole, Air France and Rockwell Collins, as well as agents from the city’s most important specialist agency in the sector, SOP Events - CTA Events. The event, which was developed in accordance with the Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau’s Plan of Action for 2018, followed the innovative format of a participatory meeting so as to facilitate interaction between representatives from Girona and France.
