Girocàmping 2013

The first Girocàmping fair welcomes 16,000 visitors, including professionals and end customers.

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board and the Greenways Consortium of the Counties of Girona, both of which are bodies of Girona Provincial Council, took part together in the first Girocàmping Girona camping fair, held at the Girona Trade Fair Centre from 7^th to 10^th March, with their own dedicated space in which they showed visitors the destination's offering in terms of nature and active tourism activities, wine and food tourism and culture.

Girocàmping aims to become the leading fair in the camping and holiday park sector for southern Europe. The campsites on the Costa Brava and in the Pirineu de Girona are a worldwide benchmark for quality and the city of Girona is an unbeatable location for hosting a fair of this nature.

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board and the Girona Campsite Association are working together to promote and showcase the tourism offering of the Girona area in terms of its campsites, motorhome sites and holiday parks.
