Cruise ship marketing in the United States

Costa Brava Cruise Ports implement a commercial agenda in the United States cities of Seattle and Los Angeles to showcase the Costa Brava’s attractions for cruise ships.

Representatives of Costa Brava Cruise Ports travelled to Seattle and Los Angeles from the 14th to 16th of January to present the new additions to its range of options for cruise ships for the 2020-2021 seasons to the leading American cruise companies, namely, Windstar Cruises, Seabourn and Crystal Cruises, which call at the ports of Roses and Palamós. Each visit took the form of presentations of the destination at management level and business meetings. These meetings highlighted the interest that all the companies showed in continuing to call at the province of Girona’s ports and in its cultural products, including Dalí, the medieval villages, the city of Girona and the music concerts at Sant Pere de Rodes, as well as its health and wellness breaks. It is worth noting that Seabourn, which has been calling at the Costa Brava’s ports since 2006, expects to schedule between eight and ten calls this year with additional increases in the 2020-2021 seasons.
