The Wikiloc channel “Costa Brava Pirineu de Girona” is updated with 52 new hiking routes and 6 road cycling routes.

The 58 new routes incorporated into the channel correspond to the long-distance footpaths GR 11, GR 1, GR 92, GR 2, GR 83 and to the River Ter Route. Available in four languages on the platform, their aim is to promote the territory and the active tourism activities among visitors and local companies. Currently, the “Favourite routes” section of the platform offers 161 additional routes, proposed by tourist information offices, MTB centres, county councils and other organisations in the area, to make them available to all users around the world who wish to get to know the territory. The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board has updated its Wikiloc channel with a double purpose: on the one hand, to continue developing the active tourism products in the province through omni-channels and, on the other hand, to offer users of the portal and visitors to the destination a new service and a different way of discovering the activities in the territory while promoting active tourism.
