2022 Michelin stars
The
Michelin constellation in the province of Girona includes 18 stars in 13
restaurants.

On 14 December, the world-renowned Michelin
Guide presented the list of starred restaurants in Spain and Portugal for 2022.
The establishments based in Girona awarded stars are:
El
Celler de Can Roca*** (Girona), Bo.TiC** (Corçà), Miramar** (Llançà), Les
Cols** (Olot), Massana* (Girona), Els Tinars* (Llagostera), La Cuina de Can
Simon* (Tossa de Mar), Ca l’Enric* (La Vall de Bianya), Fonda Xesc* (Gombrèn),
Empòrium* (Castelló d’Empúries), Les Magnòlies* (Arbúcies), Castell de
Peralada* (Peralada) and L’Aliança* (Anglès).
Of particular note, El Celler de Can Roca was
awarded a ‘green star’ for its commitment to sustainable gastronomy, an
award that last year went to Les Cols in Olot.
