Training programme: Tourism 360º

New specific and practical training workshops for professionals.

 


MARCH 2014

As part of the 2013 training programme of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board, five specific workshops will take place in April to foster the continuous training of professionals in the sector.

Tuesday 9th April
- Geolocation as a tool for tourism development, social networks and tourism (I) – Gersón Beltrán, managing director of Geoturismo, a company dedicated to geography, tourism and communication

Venue: Girona Science and Technology Park. Time: From 9 am to 1.30 pm

Tuesday 9th April
- Geolocation and social networks as Internet marketing tools (I) – Gersón Beltrán, managing director of Geoturismo, a company dedicated to geography, tourism and communication

Venue: Girona Science and Technology Park. Time: From 3 pm to 7.30 pm

Tuesday, 16th April
- Practical workshop on the creation and marketing of tourism products and services - David Mora, manager of the tourism division of CEGOS, and Diego López-Salazar, partner-director of Mirayvuela.

Venue: Girona Science and Technology Park. Time: From 9 am to 2 pm

Tuesday, 16th April
- Practical workshop on the marketing of tourism products - Diego López-Salazar, partner-director of Mirayvuela.

Venue: Girona Science and Technology Park. Time: From 3.15 pm to 7.30 pm

Tuesday, 30th April
- Social Commerce on Facebook – Tirso Maldonado, Evangelist Manager at Witcamp.

Venue: Girona Science and Technology Park. Time: From 9 am to 2 pm

Registration for workshops at www.costabrava.org/jornades/. Places are limited (40 people per workshop) and registration for each workshop costs 55 euros (38 euros per workshop for members of the product marketing clubs of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board).

The two workshops that kicked off the Tourism 360º 2012-2013 professional training schedule were attended by 42 professionals.
