Tourism trade fairs

Participation in four international tourism fairs central Europe and Russia

Tourist attractions in the Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees, as well as a number of the region’s specific tourism products –golf and sailing– were recently promoted at major international showcases for the tourism industry: IGTM in Tenerife, TTG Inconti in Rimini (Italy), the Salon Nautique de Cap d’Adge (France) and the Sant Narcís Trade Fair in Girona. The fair provided an opportunity for the region’s tourism companies to network with tour operators, travel websites, airlines and the media, as well as directly with end customers. Its participation in trade fairs gives Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board the opportunity to identify both the direct needs of tour operators and travel agencies and the preferences of the customer.
