Tourism sector training
On 16th May, the Health and Beauty Marketing Club of the Patronat de Turisme is holding a training day entitled "Spa manager: how to optimise the capacity of our establishment".

On 16th May, the Vichy Catalan Spa Hotel in Caldes de Malavella will host the first professional training day to be organised by the Health and Beauty Marketing Club, promoted by the Patronat de Turisme, aimed at tourism sector professionals involved in the area of accommodation and spa facilities, among others.
The training day schedule includes a talk on how to draw up an executive business plan for new spas, how to set up an annual operating account for spas already in operation and items to be taken into account. It will also look at the use of new technologies for spa hotel booking systems and how to integrate spa services within hotel websites. The talks will be given by experts in spa management, marketing experts from communication companies and managers of establishments specialised in this sector.
The deadline for registration is 12th May 2011 (limited places). The workshop starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 7.30 p.m. Workshop registration fee: € 100 - coffee break and lunch included.
