Close to 1,800 people participated in the first cultural experiences festival
Attendance at the festival’s debut was a massive success, attracting 1,749 participants to the 70 activities and promotions offered by 40 of the province’s organisations and companies throughout November. The campaign is boosting cultural interest and consumption of both residents and visitors by using new formulas and languages that raise awareness about new products, showcasing the region’s architecture, historical heritage and traditional, artistic expressions of live culture. The variety of activities and proposals is expected to improve for the second edition of the Som Cultura festival, scheduled for autumn 2017, incorporating new products, improving services and enhancing the digital communication campaign in order to attract new visitors and motivate this year’s participants to attend again.
