Roadshow in Germany and Belarus

The Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees are showcased on the German and Belarusian markets.

From February 2^nd to 8^th, Tourist Board representatives participated in a roadshow held by the third most important German tour operator, FTI, in the German cities of Berlin, Hannover, Mainz and Munich to showcase the range of family tourism options available in the province for 310 travel agents and the country’s principal travel agencies. The action comprised a presentation of the destination, followed by a networking session among participants, in each of the cities visited. Later in the month, on February 14^th – 15^th, various member companies of the Tourist Board’s product clubs – Lloret Turisme, Rigat Park Hotel, Don Juan Hotel, AR Apartaments, Hotel Blaucel and Hotel Blaumar – along with Tourist Board technicians took part in the roadshow organised by incoming travel agency iTravex in the Belarusian cities of Mogilev and Minsk. The roadshow activities were aimed at presenting the Costa Brava’s range of tourism options to 200 travel agents from two of the top tour operators in the area, Voyagetour and Aerobelservis. The high level of participation and interest demonstrated by all those attending seems to indicate a bright outlook for this market.
