Promotional actions in the media

The Patronat de Turisme and Turespaña showcase the cultural, gastronomic and tourism offer of the Costa Brava to a group of Italian journalists.

On the occasion of the Salvador Dalí exhibition to be held in Milan over five months, the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona and Turespaña is organising a press trip for journalists from the Italian media to familiarise them with the Dalí triangle and the Costa Brava destination.

For four days, journalists from the Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Venerdi di Repubblica, Panorama, 24 Ore Cultura publications and the Nonsolomoda television programme are visiting the Dalí sites and other tourist towns of the area, including Begur, Pals and Girona. They are also visiting a Denomination of Origin Empordà winery and discovering the local cuisine through a cooking lesson and taster meals.

The aim of this trip is to showcase the Costa Brava that inspired Salvador Dalí and the tourism offer of the destination as a whole in order to raise its profile in the Italian market through the publication of articles and reports produced by the journalists.
