Swiss travel agents are interested in the range of high-end products and experiences on the Costa Brava and its gourmet food and wine scene.

The Swiss city of Zurich hosted a promotional event organised by the Unique Premium and Food and Wine clubs on 2 April. The event was aimed at thirty-five travel agents specialising in planning and organising luxury and gourmet food and wine tours.
The event featured a presentation of the destination and the latest news regarding new facilities, establishments, high-end tourism and food & wine experiences in the region, followed by a networking session with the participation of eight Girona-based organisations and companies: Alàbriga Hotel & Home Suites, Boutique Villas by Corredor Mató, Hostal de La Gavina, Palau Fugit, Peralada Resort, Sallés Hotels, Torre de Can Puig and Zanotelli - Finca Fontclara.
Among those in attendance were representatives from agencies such as TUI, Polo Reisen, Dertour Suisse, Hotelplan Suisse, Alpha Golftours, Travelhouse Zürich, and Golf & Travel, among others.
The professional gathering concluded with a gastronomic meal prepared by chefs Iolanda Bustos and Zizi Hattab.
After the event, fam trips will be organised so that Swiss market opinion leaders and influencers can get to know the destination first-hand.
