Pirineus Workshop 2012
18 tourism organisations and companies of the Pirineu de Girona meet with 30 tour operators from the UK, Israel and Spain.

On 25th October the ninth Pirineus Workshop took place, organised by the Catalan Tourism Agency in the town of Cercs in Berguedà. It was attended by 30 tour operators and 50 Catalan companies and organisations with tourism products linked to the Pirineus.
As a partner of the Pirineus Catalans brand, the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona, together with 17 organisations and companies of the Pirineu de Girona, also took an active part in this promotional and commercial event, held in a different place each year by the partners of the Pirineus brand. The participating companies were as follows: Hotel Porto Cristo, the Rural Tourism Association of Girona, Adsera Hotel, Alp Hotel Masella, the County Tourist Board of La Cerdanya, Cerdanya Aventura, HG Hoteles, Solineu Hotels, Cerdanya Resort-Hotel Muntanya, Altitud Extrem, La Molina, Hotel Mirador, Hotel Cal Sastre, Turisme Garrotxa, the Rectory of Sant Miquel de Pineda, Petits Grans Hotels de Catalunya, Tornasol Turisme and the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona.
This year the workshop presented and marketed mainly inland and mountain tourism products to 30 tour operators from the UK, Israel and Spain.
The Patronat de Turisme participated in the Pirineus Workshop as the representative of the area as a whole in order to showcase the offer of products (Girona's ski resorts, natural spaces, cultural trails, greenways, hiking, cycle touring, mountain biking, gastronomy, traditions, etc.) and services of the Pirineu de Girona destination for the 2012-2013 season.
