The province’s range of campsites and host of outdoor activities attract German tourists.

CMT Stuttgart2015(1) From 17 to 25 January, ten representatives from tourism organisations and companies in Girona’s camping and outdoor sector participated in Europe’s most important trade fair, which opens its doors to more than 210,000 visitors every year. A promotional space was shared by the Catalan Tourism Agency, Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board and the Girona Campsite Association, to provide information related to a range of attractions the destination offers visitors for the 2015 season, from nature and culture to food and events. A presentation of the destination, complete with food tasting, was also here for journalists from the country’s major tourism media outlets.
