#EuroFoodTrip nomination

The #EuroFoodTrip promotional action by the Costa Brava and Emilia-Romagna has been nominated as one of the World Travel Awards’ top five campaigns.

The organisers of the World Travel Awards have announced the five candidates nominated for the ‘Europe’s leading marketing campaign 2017’ award; the nominees are #EuroFoodTrip Costa Brava - Emilia-Romagna, which is competing against campaigns by EasyJet, Eurostar, Intercontinental and Royal Caribbean. #EuroFoodTrip is a pioneering dissemination action on social networks run by two tourism promotion organisations in two destinations (the Costa Brava and Emilia-Romagna) with the aim of achieving a common goal: to position the two destinations on digital channels as leaders in wine tourism and to capture a very specific target audience in both European and international markets. Voting for the best campaign is open to the public, and the deadline for casting votes is the beginning of August.
