G! Tourism Awards

The web that compiles and summarizes ten years of awards and recognition of the Girona tourism industry is now fully operational.

The G! Awards of Girona province are tourism awards that have been promoted, organised and held by the Costa Brava Girona Tourism Board of the Girona Provincial Council for the last ten years. Each year they have become more well-known and appreciated by the sector. These annual awards were established in 2005 and have evolved both in content and graphic format. Currently they comprise of three categories and two special awards. Coinciding with the celebration of the tenth edition of the G! Awards, the Tourist Board has launched a web that compiles and summarizes ten years of awards and acknowledgements to individuals, companies and significant organizations of the Girona tourism sector, the media and researchers. The G! Awards are a festive event held every December in a different location that brings together over three hundred people, including authorities, representatives of the tourism sector and the media, in which the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board team take part and contribute to making the meeting a celebration of the Girona tourism sector.
