On 2nd and 3rd October, the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona took part with the Catalan Pyrenees brand in the Outdoor Sports Festival in Barcelona.
Ski resorts in the Girona area that offer activities such as mountain biking, mountain races, Nordic walking, climbing, trekking and orienteering, etc. have experienced significant and rapid growth, both in terms of take-up and regarding the activities, products and related services on offer. With this in mind, the Patronat de Turisme has been keen to promote the active tourism offer of the Girona area, especially in its five ski resorts, both for end customers and tourism professionals.
Over the course of the weekend, this event, organised by the Ocisport company, showcased several sports and adventure activities. There was an exhibition space for products and destinations, along with an extensive programme of exhibition and participation activities.
