Neu Mediterrània (Mediterranean Snow)

The Pirineu de Girona ski resorts booklet, published in four languages, contains information on Girona's five ski resorts for the 2010-2011 season.

The Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona has published a fold-out booklet on the ski resorts of the Pirineu de Girona, entitled Neu Mediterrània. It contains an overview of the main natural, scenic and tourist attractions of the Pirineu de Girona and a brief description of the three inland counties that compose the brand. It includes accompanying images of the area and a map showing the locations of the five ski resorts and their main access routes. A list of municipal and county tourism offices is also provided.

The description of Girona's five ski resorts (four Alpine, one Nordic) contains information on the number and type of slopes, the number of skiable kilometres, ski altitudes, ski pass prices and other complementary services for users. There is also a list of activities for the off-ski season and the most important events of the year held in each resort.

The booklet is published in four languages (Catalan, Spanish, English and French) with a print run of 6,000 copies. The Patronat de Turisme is distributing the booklet in the promotional actions in which it takes part, such as specialised snow tourism fairs and familiarisation or press trips. Visitors to the area can also obtain the booklet at the tourism offices of the Pirineu de Girona.
