The Girona-Costa Brava Airport will be offering sixty flights a week during the winter of 2024-2025 connecting ten cities in seven countries.
The Girona-Costa Brava Airport has scheduled a total of six routes with seven countries. Ryanair maintains its commitment to Girona and will increase its weekly flights from forty-two to fifty-six during the winter months. Thus, from 2 November 2024 to 29 March 2025 Girona's airport will provide connections to the cities of Karlsruhe and Düsseldorf (Germany), Kraków and Wroclaw (Poland), London (United Kingdom), Pisa (Italy), Brussels (Belgium), Eindhoven (Netherlands) and Beni-Mellal (Morocco). The Irish company will concentrate its operations during the low season on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Sundays and Mondays.
Finally, the company Air Arabia is offering two regular flights to the Moroccan city of Tangier.
Taking Off
Since the beginning of the year (January-September), the total number of passengers has reached 1,705,040, 28% more than in the same period of 2023.
These are figures that indicate that the airport could see around two million passengers this year, laying the groundwork for future growth, especially in the mid and low seasons. This marks two consecutive years of recovery and growth, most notably in terms of the number of British users.
