Catalan Pyrenees Workshop
172 travel agents from Palma de Mallorca, Madrid and Valencia attended the Catalan Tourist Board's Workshop on winter sports and active tourism for the Spanish market.

On 16, 17 and 18 September, in partnership with the Pirineus de Catalunya tourism brand, the Catalan Tourist Board held workshops on winter sports, active and mountain tourism in three Spanish cities with the aim of launching the 2014-2015 winter sports season. The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board, a member of the Pirineus brand and organiser of the Nature and Active Tourism Club, whose other members include the municipality of Masella, Alp Hotel Masella, Park Hotel Puigcerdà, Hotel Porto Cristo, Turisme Garrotxa and Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, played an active role in the workshops, together with the ski resorts of Vallter 2000, la Molina and Vall de Núria. The institutions and companies taking part reported their satisfaction with the event and with the meetings held with retail and wholesale agencies.
