Airport: 2025 season schedule

During the 2025 summer season, the Girona-Costa Brava Airport will programme 59 routes to/from 16 countries, six more than in 2024.

MARCH 2025

The summer season at Girona-Costa Brava Airport begins at the end of March, coinciding with the increase in flight schedules. Thus, from March to October, over a period of seven months, users and potential travellers have more new connections to international destinations available to them.

This year 59 routes are scheduled, six more than last season, connecting the Girona region with sixteen countries, two more than in 2024. The airlines Ryanair, Jet2, Transavia, Smartwings, Wizzair and Air Arabia will operate on a regular scheduled basis, while tour operators such as TUI Airways, TUI Belgium, Balkan Holidays and Enter Air will operate charter flights.

The Irish airline Ryanair operates the most flights to and from Girona airport, with 36 connections to 14 countries, followed by the British company Jet2, with 9 connections, all to cities in the United Kingdom.

In the season's main development, the Girona infrastructure will connect to six new destinations: Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Lublin (Poland), Ostrava (Czech Republic), Budapest (Hungary), Sofia (Bulgaria) and Luton (United Kingdom). This will expand the options available to users, who can access new tourist markets.

With the addition of the new destinations, the airlines' commitment to the Girona infrastructure is reinforced and the airport continues to grow in terms of the number of users. In 2024, the Girona-Costa Brava Airport will have 2 million users, 26% more than in 2023, and will have experienced three consecutive seasons of growth (2024 season: 1,997,571 users // 2023 season: 1,586,448 users // 2022 season: 1,313,923 users).
