Exhibitions of historical photographs of the Costa Brava
L’Escala hosts two photographic exhibitions in July and August which commemorate the Centenary by showing the people and the scenic and natural values of the Girona coastline.

From 28th July to 5th July L’Escala hosts the photographic exhibition “Two looks at the area. Memories of the Costa Brava” by the photographers Francesc Català-Roca and Xavier Miserachs. The collection of sixty photographs can be visited at the Municipal Exhibition Hall from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday and public holidays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. From 7th to 18th August the photographic exhibition “Moments” by Julián Guisado can be visited at the Municipal Exhibition Hall of L’Escala. The exhibition shows more than twenty modern-day photographs of natural and scenic spots in Girona’s coastal towns.
