In May the Patronat has intensified its communication with the Girona tourism sector through the presentation of a new booking engine and the Privilegespain programme. Furthermore, it has taken part in the Buy Catalunya workshop, an important commercial initiative with tour operators, and has promoted the Costa Brava and Pirineu de Girona destinations in the Spanish market at the Expovacaciones fair in Bilbao and at the Girona Viva! fair in Madrid. Meanwhile, the celebration of the Centenary of the Costa Brava has continued locally through the Costa Brava San Miguel Gastronomic Tour and has been boosted with the publication of two guides for visitors to the destination.
