We present the latest newsletter of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board issued to keep professionals in the sector up to date with the organisation’s activities. In March we attended many international trade fairs for the tourism sector, meeting tour operators and sounding out the main feeder markets for tourist destinations in the Girona province such as Germany, Russia and France. Our activities to promote an exciting project to boost tourism to the region, the Vívid Wine Festival, taking place throughout April, were very well received. We are organising a great many information and publicity campaigns, encouraging participation through social networks and new technologies. These include competitions and publications which give us direct and regular contact with our visitors. We have organised events including four press trips, two blogtrips and a familiarisation trip for travel professionals.
