Visits to over 100 Girona businesses to strengthen links and develop public-private cooperation

In 2014 the Costa Brava Girona Tourism Board paid over 100 visits to tourism companies and organisations in Girona to acquaint them with the services it provides, strengthen links with them and develop public-private cooperation. Following visits to the private sector, 28 companies joined Board of Tourism product clubs, notably the DO Empordà Wine Route Club, the Culture and Identity Club and the Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau. The visits focused mainly on hotels, rural tourism and other accommodation for tourists, catering companies and restaurants, venues for events, cultural facilities and companies providing activities.
