Tourism trade fairs
Participation in four international tourism fairs in Europe.

The generic and specific Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees tourism products were promoted at the tourism industry’s major international showcases: the TTG Incontri in Rimini (Italy), the Dive Show in Birmingham (England), the Salon Nautique de Cap d'Agde (France) and the Sant Narcís Trade Fair in Girona, where 14 of Girona’s tourism-related organisations and companies provided information about the destination. The participation in these fairs was a success, resulting in contacts established with tour operators, travel websites, airlines and media, as well as end consumers. Participation in these tourism trade fairs makes it possible to identify both the direct needs of tour operators and travel agencies and customer preferences.
