Tourism trade fair calendar 2015
Forty tourism trade fairs in twelve countries to promote the Costa Brava and Pirineu de Girona tourism brands.

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board is scheduled to participate in forty tourism trade fairs this year, compared to the forty-four attended in 2014. Upon request of the golf and outdoor sectors, the Board will participate in trade fairs including the Helsinki Golf Fair in Sweden; Rhein Golf in Germany; Bettshow in the UK and France’s Salon Nautique, France. Another highlight this year is the Tourist Board’s involvement in the first edition of Girona Bike World, held in Girona in May.
Of the forty trade fairs on the calendar, twenty-five are specifically dedicated to product, where the Board will promote products including golf, diving, water sports, hiking and cycling, wine and food and business tourism.
The Tourism Board, together with the region’s tourism businesses and organisations, will attend the major international tourism trade fairs ─Fitur in Madrid; Salon des Vacances in Brussels; ITB in Berlin; Mitt in Moscow; Salon Mondial du Tourisme in Paris and WTM in London─ annual can’t-miss events for the world’s leading tourist destinations. The trade shows are mainly held during two periods of the year: January to May and September to November.
