Support for projects and destinations

Collaboration with cultural and sporting events to promote the Costa Brava

The Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees boast a wide variety of tourism-related projects and events for which the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board provides promotion and support. In terms of festivals, the organisation supported four major events in April, including the presentation of the 30th Castell de Peralada Festival at the Plataea gastronomic space in Madrid attended by 25 travel agents, executives and figures from the capital’s tourism and cultural fields. The Tourist Board also contributed to the promotion of the Màgia de Torroella de Montgrí International Fair by organising an event presentation for culture and general media in Barcelona. A number of sporting events were also promoted in April, including the Swimrun Costa Brava and the Oxfam Intermon Trailwalker.
