Som Cultura Campaign

Over sixty activities in thirty days for Girona’s newest cultural festival.

The Som Cultura festival is the first promotional campaign, launched by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board’s Culture and Identity Club, which aims to bring together Girona’s cultural activities, heritage and shows with local audiences in November. Aligned with previous campaigns like Vívid, the DO Empordà Wine Route Festival celebrated in April, as well as Ennatura’t, the outdoor activities festival held in May, Som Cultura aims to strengthen ties between the region’s broad range of cultural activities and tourism in the Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees. The festival’s first edition is launched with a programme of over 60 activities, genuine, original experiences and promotions and discounts that expands the range of visitor options, all offered by 40 organisations and companies associated with the Culture and Identity Club. The festival aims to stimulate cultural interest and consumption by both locals and visitors and publicise new products through new formulas and languages, emphasising the region’s historic heritage and monuments as well as those artistic and cultural events that are traditionally celebrated in autumn with a cultural calendar packed with outstanding, high-quality offers.
