New tourist apartment booking engine on the portal
The online tourist apartment booking engine is up and running on the portal of the tourism offer of the Costa Brava and the Pirineu de Girona.

The portal of the tourism offer of the Costa Brava and the Pirineu de Girona has incorporated an online tourist apartment booking engine to accompany the hotel booking engine set up by the Patronat in February.
The new engine is initially making available 1,397 establishments in the Girona area and, as in the case of the hotel booking engine, provides local businesspeople with an additional channel for marketing their tourism products and services while making the booking process easier for visitors (www.costabrava.org and www.pirineugirona.org).
The Patronat de Turisme has chosen Escapade to provide the tourist apartment booking engine. This company has 10 years' experience in the Girona tourism sector and developed one of the market’s first online apartment booking systems, which has become one of the most widely used tourist rental systems in the whole of Spain.
In the medium term the Patronat de Turisme will also incorporate a booking tool for other types of accommodation within the portal, as well as a booking engine for activities, thus broadening its services targeted at individual tourists, eventually enabling the full range of tourism products and services to be marketed through the portal.
