Girona Pyrenees Snow Campaign

Girona’s ski resorts take to the airwaves.

Just in time for the midway point of the Girona ski season, the area’s resorts have taken to the airwaves with a promotional campaign on RAC105 and Flaixbac radio programmes to encourage Catalonia’s ski enthusiasts to hit the slopes in the Girona Pyrenees. RAC105’s morning program Fricandó matiner broadcast live from La Molina ski resort on 30 January and Vall de Núria on 20 February, while Flaixbac’s El matí i la mare que el va parir broadcast from Vallter2000 on 6 February and Masella two-weeks later on the 20 February. This campaign was launched by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board and the region’s five ski resorts to encourage and boost the number of visitors to the Girona Pyrenees’ ski resorts and destinations.
