2017 Michelin Guide gala in Girona
The Costa Brava is set to become the epicentre of culinary excellence in November, when it will host the annual gala to present the new 2017 Michelin Guide for Spain and Portugal

The gala will be celebrated on 23 November, a Wednesday night, and includes a dinner at the Marroch Mas venue in Vilablareix coordinated by Joan Roca, co-owner of the three-star El Cellar de Can Roca in Girona. The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board has worked together with the Government of Catalonia’s Catalan Tourist Board as the driving force behind this event, which brings together over 400 of the Iberian Peninsula’s culinary elite, from state authorities to food critics from both Spain and Portugal, to mark a double anniversary for the region: the Costa Brava and Girona’s Year of Gastronomy and Catalonia’s recognition as European Region of Gastronomy 2016.
